Refund Policy

I am (Eric) committed to provide the top notch (Pharmacy Grade) products and customer service and is responsible for delivering orders to the customers. However, due to the nature of the products, which are controlled medications in many countries, there is a need for some guidelines to be followed.

Refunds/Reships:

Refund policy varies as I have different shipping options.

1. Refunds/Reship if ordered through Regular Mail.

Success rate of my delivered orders is 100% with this shipping method. but still you are eligible to claim a refund only if

  1. You don’t receive your order within 15.
  2. Product is not as described.
  3. You have received an ineffective product.
  4. Package seized by customs.

You are eligible to claim a reship only if

  1. All of the above
  2. In case 50% or more of the products are damaged during the transit.

You can not claim a refund/reship if

  1. You have provided a wrong address.
  2. Some else has collected the package.
  3. No one’s there to collect the package.
  4. I can track all orders and if tracking says delivered then it is delivered.

  6. You might get asked to signed. No Reship/Refunds if you refused to sign
  7. No one’s there to collect the package.

Terms of Reship/Refunds:

  1. Product is not as described: I may send an alternate in case of availability of product you have ordered.i.e. Onax Bars Instead of Xanax Bars. Please check the availability of the product before ordering.
  2. In-Effective product: All my medicines are sourced from top rated pharmacies/stores/vendors so there’s no way the product I have sent is not effective. But still if you claims that my product is not effective then you have to provide me a lab test report along with pictures of the product you have received.
  3. Damaged Product: You have to provide the picture of packing/box you have received along with all pills you have ordered including the damaged ones.
  4. Seized by Customs: Since the delivery rate of all my orders is 100%. But I do not take responsibility of orders sent through Express Mail (EMS) if seized by customs or tracking of order showing no status after being received at origin office. Everything can be tracked through ems.post or track-trace.com

*All the refunds will be in the form of BitCoin no matter how you paid for your order. This is to keep myself hidden.
